4 wonderful ladies from Latvia – Klinta, Monta, Dace, and Dina – recently participated in the Erasmus+ training project “IMPRODRAMA 4.0” in Poland 🎭🇵🇱. This project, which involved youth workers, teachers, and others engaged in youth work from several European countries 🌍, was a great opportunity to gain new knowledge, broaden horizons, and acquire valuable skills ✨.

During the project, participants developed their professional competence in theater methodologies such as mime, improvisation, and visual theater 🎬, and gained a deeper understanding of intercultural dialogue and social inclusion. These methods will enable youth workers to work with young people in more diverse and effective ways, giving them the opportunity to express themselves through art and overcome emotional and social challenges 🌱.

Moreover, working alongside participants from Romania, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, and North Macedonia, the Latvian participants also gained international experience and built new connections that will help them organize similar projects in Latvia in the future.
