ANDRA ŠTĀLE

ANDRA ŠTĀLE

Founder, Project manager, Facilitator & Trainer

Andra is a dynamic youth worker and project leader with international experience, driving initiatives in growth, mental health, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Known for her creativity and precision, she designs powerful workshops, manages events with ease, and empowers young people to thrive.

ANDŽELIKA IVAŠČENKO

ANDŽELIKA IVAŠČENKO

Project Manager

A preschool teacher who helps children learn Latvian and also leads the Student Council at RTU Liepāja Academy. She has been active in Erasmus+ projects since 2022 and has been organizing youth exchange programs with Keep the Change since 2023. As a project manager, she focuses on social media, project writing, and developing workshops. Andželika is also a coordinator for the CEE4YOUTHEU project. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and learning.

NATALIA SKORIK

NATALIA SKORIK

International Trainer & Facilitator

With over 11 years of experience in international non-formal education, Natalia specializes in empowering youth and fostering cross-border collaboration. She integrates creative methodologies like gamification, comics, and theatre with mental health awareness and intercultural learning. Natalia has led 80+ international projects, shaping innovative training programs for organizations like Erasmus+ and the US Embassy. Her work continues to inspire and transform educational environments worldwide.

LINDA ASTRAUSKA

LINDA ASTRAUSKA

Marketing & Wellness Coordinator

An expert in social media marketing, creating engaging content to promote Keep the Change's activities. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing and focuses on raising awareness about events and opportunities for youth. Currently studying medicine, Linda also leads workshops on physical and mental health, well-being, and stress management. Her unique combination of marketing and health expertise helps young people stay informed and balanced.
